Like new condition. We are the original owners and have only used it a handful of times. It has only been to one campsite and has been very well cared for.

This is an excellent family camper with a private rear bunkroom featuring a sliding door and its own bathroom, making it a great layout for families with kids.

Upgrades include:

* Second battery added to maximize the factory solar system.
* Slide topper installed when new to help keep debris off the slide and make cleanup easier.
* Upgraded showerhead for improved water pressure and efficiency.
* Electric tongue jack with built-in light.
* Includes RV stabilizer jack pads.

The only issue is that the stabilizer jacks were bent on our first trip. They still function, but replacement jacks are inexpensive and readily available online if desired. This has been reflected in the asking price.

We are happy to answer reasonable questions, but the camper is best appreciated in person.

Selling because weve decided to downsize to a lighter camper thats a better match for our tow vehicle.
