I have only used it twice, once for three weeks and once for a week. It Pulled easy with my 2017 F150 4X4 with 3.5L. Sleeping accommodations are private bedroom with a king bed, private bunkhouse with a 60" fold-up sofa below a 28"x64" flip-up bunk, a set of 28"x74" bunk beds, and XL booth dinette (80" x 42") sleeper. Outside has kitchen with stove and refrigerator and added outdoor hot water shower sprayer. The full bathroom has a 30" x 36" shower and a linen closet. I will including Weight Safes True Tow hitch, WatchDog 50amp portable surge protection, and other items I used.
