Were selling our 2021 Lance 2445 travel trailer because we simply arent using it enough. Weve owned it since 2021 and have taken it on a few week-long trips along with mostly local weekend adventures. It has been well cared for, and everything is currently working as it should.

The 2445 is a great family trailer with a spacious, comfortable layout, a full kitchen, roomy bathroom, plenty of storage, and a separate primary sleeping area. We upgraded the main bed with a high-quality Tempur-Pedic mattress topper and added a custom flip-up desk in the bedroom, which has been great for working remotely while traveling.

It is also very well equipped for dry camping and off-grid use, including:

400 watts of solar
Two Battle Born lithium batteries with 200Ah of total capacity
2,000-watt inverter
Backup camera
Front-mounted RotopaX fuel containers
Weight-distribution and sway-control hitch
Tempur-Pedic mattress topper
Custom flip-up office desk

The brakes and wheel bearings were replaced in the last 6 months; the water heater has been serviced; and the plumbing, roof, exterior, and other major systems have been regularly maintained. The air conditioner works well, and there have been no accidents or insurance claims.

The trailer has always been stored outside but away from trees, and the roof and exterior have been kept in good condition. It has never been smoked in.

We are the second owners, although the original owner only had it for approximately six months before we purchased it in 2021. It has been a great trailer for our family, and we would love to see it go to someone who will use it more often and continue taking good care of it.
