Description
*SOLAR UPGRADED*
This is an awesome little camper/set up, I'm actually hesitant to sell, but my life and needs changed...
Truly Turn-Key & Off-Grid Ready For Adventures
Unique/rare floor plan with rear garage that includes a large sink and counter space, tv hookups, speakers, lights (white and blue), slatwall for storage and accessories, rear door raises to provide cover from sun and rain, quick release propane attachment for hooking up a grill. The perfect set up for an outdoor kitchen, cleaning fish and game, entertaining etc
INSIDE:
SLEEPS 4: dinette turns to queen bed and 2 rear bunks top bunk folds up and out of the way.
KITCHEN SLIDE OUT: 2 burner stove, single sink with new faucet/washers (replaced in May), microwave/convection oven combo, 3 way refrigerator with freezer insert (I never tried the freezer insert), overhead and under sink storage cabinets, 2 drawers
WET BATH: toilet/shower with small sink, ceiling fan with protective roof cover (you dont need to close it in weather or when driving). The flushing mechanism on the rear of the toilet and the floor seal were both replaced in April.
Shelf/storage was added over the dinette for more storage.
AC capacitor was replaced in May. AC works great, set on a thermostat.
Water pump replaced in May.
Propane furnace, works great, set on a thermostat
Smoke alarm, CO2 alarm and fire extinguisher were all replaced in March
POWER:
CONVERTER: replaced in February.
SOLAR: Added in March. 2 100 watt Renogy solar panels with a Renogy Rover bluetooth charge controller. Setting and status can be monitored on your phone with the charge controller app. Factory SAE port was upgraded with a new MC4 port.
BATTERIES: The single battery was replaced with 2 100Ah lithium batteries. They have a BMS (battery management system) and can be monitored via Bluetooth on your phone with an app. I lived in the camper off grid for 2 months in the high desert in Ca and with the solar panels and dual batteries my batteries never dropped below 93% charge. I don't have an inverter or generator, I only used 12v power off grid.
2 12 volt outlets were installed in April, both receive USB and c style plugs, wired onto the 12 volt panel so they work without shore power.
ENTERTAINMENT: Jensen DVD/stereo. Speaker zones A, B and C. One is inside, one is in the rear garage and I dont think the third setting does anything.
TV with remote inside; TV hookups outside but I never tried those.
OUTSIDE:
Upgraded to 2 20lb propane tanks
Upgraded to 2 100Ah lithium batteries with an added battery cut off switch
Electric jack (button replaced in April, works great)
All lights work (orange porch light works but button is finicky)
4 working scissor stabilizer jacks
8 manual awning
3 storage doors, 2 connect as a pass through under the rear garage area
NEW TIRES (including spare) purchased in March
NEW BEARINGS replaced and packed in March
I bought this in Jan and did a lot of work on it getting it fixed and upgraded. It has been well cared for since I took ownership. I took a vacation in it for 2 months dry camping in Ca, but coming home my life has changed so Im selling it. Its a great little camper, pulled by my Ford Explorer with NO issues. Price is set. Serious inquiries only. I can explain any part of the solar or upgrades if you have questions.
It had a roof leak when I bought it, it was leaking into the garage in the back, it has been sealed and no structural damage done.
Comes with potable water hose, filters, pressure regulator, sewer hose and elbow attachment, waste water treatment, propane hose, non potable water hose, weight distribution hitch, 2 sets of keys, extra foam toppers for bunk beds, wheel chocks, jack pads, stackable leveling blocks. TURN KEY READY FOR ADVENTURES.
