The 2022 Outdoors RV 23DBS Mountain Series / Timber Ridge Class, is a travel trailer designed for four-season, off-road/mountain camping. It features a bunkhouse layout with double bunks, pull-out exterior kitchen, and rugged construction for tough terrain and extreme weather.
This trailer is in excellent condition, it was used mostly for short trips local to our Glendale, California location, less than 200 mile round-trip trips. We took it out to Yosemite and Yellowstone each, once. All maintenance was done in a timely manner including bearings being repacked and greasing the suspension. The front Jack was replaced approximately one year ago. The slide out gears are oiled annually and the roof is checked and any potential gaps are sealed properly. It was cleaned after every trip, washed after every couple of trips and waxed annually.
Additionally, our RV has the following factory and aftermarket upgrades:
* Renogy 12 volt 100 AMP hour lithium ion batteries, 2 of them, with Renogy controller. This is the best modification I did to the trailer. I replaced 2 AGM batteries mounted outside in the front, and move them inside the trailer. The previous two AGM batteries had total of 80 amp hours of usable power. The two remedy batteries mounted inside the trailer have a combined 160 amp hours of usable power. In freezing cold temperatures, the AGM batteries would freeze because they are mounted outside, it's no longer a problem given the lithium-ion batteries were relocated inside. $1200 not including installation.
* Xantrex Freedom X 2000 AC Inverter (Installed by the dealership I bought the trailer from), you can turn on the system from inside the trailer and it converts the DC power to AC to work everything, including the microwave. $1700 installed at dealership.
* JT Strong Arm jack stabilizers; zero movement inside the trailer even from an adult jumping up and down from the jack stabilizers, once they are down engagement. $400 plus install and welding retaining bar.
* Blue OX weight distribution hitch; while using this hitch there is zero way with this hitch! $850 not including installation.
* Predator 3500 watt generator, permanently mounted to the rear bumper. $750
* 3 camera video with screen, one camera in the rear and one on the left and one on the right. $700
* 4 tire PSI monitoring system, for viewing each trailer tire pressure from inside the truck cab while driving. $140
* Spare factory water pump, new in box. I keep a spare as a faulty water pump will make a pleasant trip into a nightmare pretty quickly! $95
* 170 Watt Solar Panel.
* 12 Volt fresh water tank heater, to keep water from freezing in sub zero temps.
*Extensive list of hoses, cleaning liquids and electrical cords and with everything you need to go camping.
*RV has always been Parked at our home.
