2020 Forest River Flagstaff E-Pro E15TB.

Replaced the 3 way refrigerator with a straight 12v refrigerator when the 3 way refrigerator stopped maintaining temperatures for food during warmer days. There are no leaks or soft spots. The roof has been re sealed. Bearings have been greased every year at the beginning of the season. It trailer is in good shape with everything working. It has a tv and radio. The factory cushions have been removed and no longer have them. It is semi permanent converted to a short king mattress 74 long. The heat is a propane furnace. The air conditioner works very well. Has a new awning motor and water pump. The tires should be replaced but the rv is priced to reflect those things.
