The 2019 Grand Design Solitude 310GK/310GK-R is a luxurious fifth wheel trailer that offers spacious living quarters perfect for extended vacations or full-time living. This RV is being sold by the original and only owner. It has been well maintained and includes many extras.

The Grand Design brand is known for its high-quality construction and attention to detail. The Solitude is Grand Designs' high end model. The interior features modern finishes and amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, solid surface countertops, and ample storage space. The kitchen includes a Samsung residential fridge with built in ice maker and inverter. There is a separete pantry. The dinnete includes four folding chairs and a floating dinette table. The center island incorporates a double stainless steel sink with residential faucet with spray head. The microwave includes convection cooking. There is a three burner gas stove with full oven below. Kitchen also has roof mounted vent with remote contol and rain sensing protection. The kitchen is also plumbed and wired for a dishwasher, which we never installed.

The living area is designed for comfort, with a coach that converts into a queen bed for guests. The fireplace includes a built in heater for taking the chill off. The rear A/C unit also includes a heat pump for heating the main area without using propane. There is a large flat-screen TV with electic lift and electric powered theater seating with heaters, massage, recline and lighted cup holders. Also included is a roof mounted fully automated Dish satellite with DVR and well as Home theater system with DVD and sound system.

The bedroom is a cozy oasis with a king-sized bed, wardrobe closet and second smaller closet which is plumbed for a washer/dryer, which we never installed opting instead for additional storage, The bedroom also includes a separate TV with access to sarellite TV and the whole camper DVR. The bedroom also includes separate A/C unit. The bathroom is spa-like with a large shower and built in seat with sky light, separate roof mounted vent, vanity and toilet. Overall, the layout of the 310GK/310GK-R is thoughtfully designed to maximize space and functionality.

Outside, the Solitude boasts several features for outdoor enjoyment, including two electric awnings with LED lighting as well as exterior speakers. The spacious storage compartments allow for easy organization of all your camping gear. The sleek exterior design and upscale finishes make this RV stand out wherever you go.

The Solitude has a full size frame. The The jacks are hydraulic and include the Lippert Auto Leveling system. The rear kichen slides also operate off the same hydraulic system. Hydraulic systems are much more dependable than electric units. The chasis also incorporates Moryde suspension softening options.

There is a six gallon water heater which runs on either propane or electric. We normally only used the electric feature, which doesn't use any propane. Both roof vents have Maxair vent covers for extra protection and allows vent use even if its raining. The front powered awning was replaced in 2025. The awning also includes a separate sunscreen, which we will include. The inverter and converter were replaced in May 2026 as well as new rear tires. We pull the RV with an F350 diesel with 6 1/2 foot bed. Because of the shorter bed, we installed a Demco auto slider fifth wheel hitch. We will include the hitch as part of the sale. House batteries are two group 27 Duracell AGM batteries with custom cutoff switch. The RV also is prewired for a generator. We opted not to install a generator. A seaparate hitch has been custom installed on the rear of the camper which could be used for either electric bikes or a storage rack.

We traveled across the country with this RV. We are done with our long trips, so have decided to sell the RV. I personally performed all the maintenance on the RV and have all the original paperwork. The RV is stored in a secure storage facility in Woodbridge, VA.
