A newer model backup camera is included that features an 8 inch driver monitor and full-time rear view video. The outside door was replaced with anti-break-in metal and new locks. Like-new lightweight (40 pounds) 3500 watt Ryobi generator with remote and bluetooth will run all appliances, heat and AC for boon docking. The generator alone is a huge bonus!

This camper sleeps 2 instead of 3: the table and bench seats (which we found uncomfortable) have been removed (see floorplan) and replaced with brand new recliners. Large fold up, adjustable trays TV trays make eating and relaxing more comfortable. The queen-sized bed in the rear is accessed from either side of the bed, no crawling over anyone. A few inches have been added to the length using eggshell padding, a quilted mattress pad, and cover.

There are 2 brand new 24" Smart TVs on swivels, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. A WIFI range extender antenna provides stronger cellular signals. The radio/stereo/DVD player were just replaced as the original never worked.

The AC unit provided by Gulf Stream was incredibly loud and controlled by manually changing the settings on the ceiling unit itself. It had no thermostat at all. The new Air Commander is of higher quality and quiet. It is remote controlled and has a thermostat and fan speed settings.

The red appliances complement the faux wood panel decor. The bedroom door can be closed for full privacy from the rest of the camper. Grandmother-made red and white checked lined curtains, bedspread and shower curtain give a homey feel and protect the inside from the baking sun. Brand new checked rugs, red and white striped sheets and new towels are included. The toilet room and shower are separate, and the shower area can be used for clothes hanging on the hanging rod we installed or storage.

Storage space has been maximally increased by retrofitting two shirt-hanging closets into shelves with pull out baskets. The separate shower area has an added clothes hanging bar and towel bars. Two storage units with shelves and hooks have been added to the bathroom and bedroom walls. Large red and white baskets hold clothing or personal items on the shelves. There is a brand new 5 shelf storage unit in the living/kitchen area along with more small shelves from IKEA on the bathroom wall we used for canned goods, or whatever you like. There is a large storage area under the bed inside as well as under the bedroom which has doors on either side of the camper outside.
