Almost $15K in upgrades/repairs! 

Back room has two sofas that slide together and form a king size bed. Back room also has two bunk beds, one that folds up as well. Dinette forms another bed. You can easily remove the recliners and replace with a sleeper sofa to increase the sleeping capacity to 9-10 people! Although, many times, we have accidentally slept on the recliners at night because they are so comfortable. 

Entire RV has brand new high end mattresses as well that have not been factored into the cost. Have about $40K into it. Our loss is your gain.
