Rooftop AC works great and we've found the cab AC is strong enough to keep the rig cool when on the road. Norcold fridge works on propane and 120v. No history of leaks. No stains. No delamination. No soft spots. New inspection, new front brakes and rotors. Added wireless backup camera. Added TST wireless tire pressure monitoring system on all 6 wheels. Added cabinet locks for extra security on the bumpy roads. All 6 tires new in 2024, 4500 miles traveled on them so far. Alignment performed at 41,000 as well as packing front wheel bearings. Interior in very good shape, although the vinyl portion of the dinette cushions is breaking down. Cab seats are in excellent shape and come with good quality, heavy canvas covers. Mattress in great shape, no stains. Everything works as it should. Comes with manuals for the generator, fridge, water heater and other amenities. Manuals for the Ford E350 included. Selling because we purchased a second home and are not currently traveling. Title in hand.
