Additional Notes:

The living room only has one sleeper couch as the other one got damaged. There is no dinette, but the space is ready for your ideas (ie: recliner chairs, table and chairs, office space, etc.) We are including a brand new 8" memory foam mattress for the main bedroom that has never been slept on. I will be installing a brand new exhaust fan in the kitchen area. Awning is also new and only used a handful of times.

There is also an ABS light on the dash, but we had it checked out and it seems to be a code issue. I was notified by a mechanic that there is nothing wrong with the ABS system. I will be investigating more on how to clear the code.
