We are the original owners. Bought new in 2010 and used about 20 times. We never used it for dry camping. The interior is immaculate. All electrical is working for slide out, awning, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, water heater, electrical plugs, lights, air conditioning, heating, and TV with remote and a built-in DVD player (we left DVD we used under the bed storage area). The TV does scan for cable stations when available if you are camping at an RV campground that provides cable. Stove and oven work using propane. Batteries and propane can be used in place of electrical.

We had the brakes replaced, new batteries installed, and packed new axle bearings in 2022. We’ve spent $5000 for electrical wiring repair, a towing bicycle carrier installation, and resealing the roof.

The 12-Volt water pump needs to be replaced. We have the part ready to install inside the trailer. The AM/FM radio does not work, but we’ve used Bluetooth speakers for music. The awning works but has some rips (not holes) on one side. Entry doorways need to be resealed. A screen door latch needs repair. but it still closes. It also includes a portable septic tank purchased in 2024 but never used.

Our trailer was stored at Willow RV Storage in Arroyo Grande, California until 2024. We moved our trailer and have it stored on property in Oregon City in 2024. The trailer is now registered in Oregon through 2027 with DMV title.
