We purchased this 27 ft motorhome in 2017 with 39,600 miles on it. It is built on a 2002 ford E450 chassis with a 6.8 V10 engine. well maintained and lightly used. It has always been stored in our driveway when not on the road. I have started it every 10-14 days to keep the engine, tranny, and brake hydraulics lubricating everything. This unit does not use or leak oil, my driveway is a witness. In May 2026 I installed 3 new batteries. I had Camping world {Wichita Location} preform a 45 point inspection confirming the water system, propane system, air conditioner, water heater, furnace, stovetop, microwave, and fridge are all working properly. Unit has 2 single beds and a divan that makes into a bed. Unit does not leak.

ITEMS NOT WORKING
The following might be an issue for you but they were not for me.
Cruise control I am told it is likely a $60 sensor on the master cylinder
Generator I was told the carburetor needs cleaned and kitted
Dash air conditioner shuts of under hard acceleration but always comes back on when I let of on the gas. I was told there is a $ 70
kit that will correct this problem.
Windshield washer pump not working.
Had a tree limb put a small crack on the edge of the roof next to the bathroom sky lite which was also cracked. Both have been
professionally repaired. Look in the pictures to see these repairs.
I have it priced to sell at $19,00.00 firm. when looking online for comparable motorhomes keep in mind that this is a 27 footer.
there are numerous 21 and 24 footers that are asking for a price considerably higher than mine. you might also look online for a AI
