Here's the brief if you're in a hurry. The 13C is the best of Coleman's 13-series campers. The layout is unique and includes everything. A place to eat. A place to lounge. Three places to sleep. Two awnings. And upgrades like a backup camera AND side cameras. A lithium battery, 32 inch TV, an INSIDE 30 amp connector, an electric jack. And much more. It's only been driven 200 miles on two trips so the tires and everything else about it is BRAND NEW. The bathroom has never been used . Not the toilet, not the shower. This great little camper is still under the factory warranty and will be until February 16, 2027. The frame warranty is in effect until February of 2029!

I'm a reasonable guy. I can negotiate A LITTLE. But look around. These are selling new in most of the country for between $16-$19,000. There are a couple for sale in the $14's, but they don't have any of the upgrades I've done, and they're with dealers where you going to end up paying thousands more in fees. This will be a Cash or Certified Bank check that can be verified unless we use RV Trader's closing process.

Now the detail:

This 13 foot camper packs quite a punch for its size and only weighs about 2940 pounds (Dry), which means its towable by almost anything. Great layout for such a small camper because it includes an upper bunk in addition to a comfy sofa that also turns into a bed, and then a separate main bed area and even a counter to sit and eat at while you look out the big window. Induction cooktop, refrigerator and microwave to boot.

Not one but two awnings, a uniquely 13S feature which none of the other models come with. So whether youre backed up to an ocean view, or at a regular campground with the traditional passenger side camping area, youll be covered and protected from the sun in either place. This layout is quite a bonus because with almost all other campers, youve got one awning over one side, and that side includes the door and steps. That means less usable area under the awning. With this camper, the long campsite side is all awning with nothing in your way.

This is an all electric camper so you dont have to worry about propane or pilot lights! Heat is provided by an electric fireplace. Plenty of storage for its size, including a large area underneath the sofa which is right by the door, so easy to store campsite setup essentials like power cord, hoses, etc.

Details for the Extras

Backup and side mounted cameras to make getting to a campsite and into it safe and easy. Includes the monitor for the tow vehicle, which can display all three camera views at one time, or each individually as needed.


New mattress, 8 inches deep and without the corner cut-out which means youll have more foot room and a much more comfortable sleeping area on a real mattress. Also includes a mesh underlay that the mattress rests on, which prevents mildew from building up with no airflow between the mattress and the wood frame underneath it.

Includes a 32 inch TV which is not currently mounted, because I wanted the flexibility to use it outside if I wanted to. Since it only weighs 8 pounds, its very portable and could even be used inside your home during the off season. I do have a mount for it that I never installed and its yours for the asking.

Wired with an inside 30 amp plug so you can power the entire camper with a battery backup power source such as an Anker C2000. This might sounds like a small thing, but others who use a battery backup to provide full power have to use the external plug and then keep the battery backup outside in the elements. This also serves as a great way to provide power while being towed, keeping the refrigerator and other items working.

Electric trailer jack which means you dont have to crank your arm off trying to get the tongue to the right height.

Lithium 100AH house battery, which about doubles the amount of run time for lights, etc. because it is safe to drain a lithium battery to almost zero, where a lead acid battery is damaged every time you deplete it more than 50%

RV Roof cover which is waterproof and does a great job of keeping the sun and elements off of the roof when youre not using it. Actually, since it only covers the roof and the AC is side mounted not roof mounted, you could have this cover on even when youre using it, maybe as a guest suite in your driveway?

Two camping mats to make your campsite a little more livable and keep you from tracking sand, etc. into the camper. One is perfect sized for the rear area where the door is, the other makes full use of the side awning-covered area for lounging or cooking on.
