This loaded 2021 Alliance RV Valor 36V11 5th wheel toy hauler has been meticulously maintained, always parked up on blocks on private property, only used by a Grandmother 3 months a year and covered in the winter (cover included). There is only one broken item on this RV; the connection to the propane tank on left (facing camper) will need to be replaced. I never replaced it as the RV was connected to a 100 lb exterior tank while in use. The current price is below market value but, is negotiable.

The 11' garage is set up with a brand new Dynasty queen mattress on the happy jack system, dinette, table, storage cubbies and a half bath. There is also a bunk bed, fit for a child.

The dinette benches, table and ladder were never used so they were removed and put in storage in 2021 as the garage has been used as a bedroom only. All are included, they just need to be reinstalled.

This RV comes with the following extras: washer, dryer, Onan Generator, solar package, 3 season doors in the garage, slide toppers, a 2025 (used once) Morryde PatioEX tent plus electric pump ($1600), and all the accessories needed to begin camping right away (jack buckets, wheel leveling blocks, sewer connections and hoses, water heater rod, water filter and hose, electrical, etc). As an added bonus, I'm including the tools, fittings and some tubing to repair plumbing as well as a very nice RV accessory storage box.

Outside, the Valor 36V11 shines with its sleek exterior design, oversized awning, connection for gas grill, two propane tanks and two gas tanks (one for toys, one for generator). The exterior has been kept clean and protected with Polyglow.
