2021 Model 1985 4-Season-Trailer with 880 WATTS OF CUSTOM SOLAR POWER FOR ON AND OFF-GRID CAMPING. We ordered it to our specifications & modified it to function safely, efficiently and be FULLY OFF-GRID CAPABLE. In excellent condition, comes completely turnkey for camping. Labor & cost to upgrade to this level would be intimidating but the hard work has already been done. Clear title in hand.

Lance is known for its high quality build. Lightweight aluminum frame construction with ample cargo capacity thanks to dual Dexter axles. The fresh, grey and black tanks ares a generous 45 gallons each, insulated & heated. 3 propane tanks at 5 gal/each for extended stays. The 23'8 length allows entry to most campgrounds with length restrictions while the interior is spacious with everything you could need for camping.

HEATING SYSTEM
The heater distribution box was suspended from the heater unit and not sealed well causing a loss of heated air into the mechanical area. I installed an under-support for the distribution box and sealed all the corners and seams with the proper foil tape.

I freed all ductwork of kinks or compressed sections and properly connected them to the cabin vents. I made a return-air-filter from the cabin for the recirculating heated air.

REFRIGERATOR
OE (Original Equipment) Dometic DMR702 with 7 cu/ft of storage. Runs on LP or AC.

When using the absorption cooling for the refrigerator, the ventilation chimney got really warm and reduced the effectiveness of the evaporation coils on the back of the fridge in the chimney. I added a four-fan temperature activated exhaust system for refrigerator chimney ventilation. The fans are mounted at the top of the chimney & controlled by a thermostatic fan controller located inside the trailer. The controller allows the user to set the desired on/off temperature for each fan. Extremely effective at air transfer and keeping the chimney cooler and the fridge operating effectively.

CLIMATE CONTROL
- I upgraded the 2 vent fans with top quality Maxxfan Deluxe model 7000K's w/remotes, built in rain shields, 10 speeds & can move up to 900 cfm.
- Coleman Mach 10NDQ Air Conditioner with Spartan Soft Start. Low profile and Quiet Air Conditioner unit featuring 13,500 BTU/hr.

FRESH WATER SYSTEM
-OE Dometic LP/Electric Water Heater with a 6 gallon capacity that performs well. The igniter board has been upgraded to the Dinosaur Electronics UIB64 & the sale will include the original igniter board as a spare
- OE ShurFlo 4008 By-Pass Water Pump; the sale will include a new spare ShurFlo 4008
- In-line 2 carbon cartridge filter at water pump
- Shut off valve for toilet

- Hot Water Recirculating System. This button activated system allows the hot water to be circulated within the fresh water system so the hot water will be at the feeder line for the sinks or shower. This saves water from being wasted while waiting for hot water and saves that water from filling the gray tank. This is crucial while boondocking.

ITEMS ELIMINATED TO SAVE WEIGHT & TO GAIN CARGO CAPACITY
- There is no oven or microwave. (Prewired if wanted)
- The gas cooktop was removed (stored & will be incl. in sale) and I made a countertop with an extension and a drawer so the kitchen would be more useful. We used an electric skillet to cook. The never-used gas cooktop can be easily reinstalled.
- We decided against the folding sofa because the bed platform and mattress had an uncomfortable junction that would be noticeable while sleeping. A large amount of storage space under the bed is gained without the couch.
- No awning on door side. The trailer is prewired for an awning if one is desired.
- No television. The tv area has been converted to shelf storage but can be easily returned & a tv installed.

WEIGHT DISTRIBUTION HITCH
It has the ProPride 3P weight distribution hitch. This is the best weight distribution system available for trailers.
