I bought this in 2020 from original owner in Florida. I am selling due to family expansion (no time to get out and enjoy!).

New engine battery May 2026. New house batteries Oct 2025.

New awning 2021/2022. Front tires put on in 2020.

Rear tires are original.

All interior lighting switched to LED, so now it house can run on standard outlet with lights, AC and fridge.

Generator has 222 hours on it.

Everything is in good working order with the following exceptions:

1) Minor water into rear closet wall. Resealed roof.

2) Aftermarket peel and stick wallpaper has come down from bathroom walls.
