I have owned since 2008 and still use it. The outside needs some restoration, while the inside is still original and in good shape. I just added a second 12vdc Air Conditioner in the living area. It is usable off grid with 2 Lithium Ion batteries, 125ah each. It has upgraded converter to fully charge batteries to 14vdc. 3 axles.
