THIS 5th WHEEL COMES WITH EVERY SEWER HOSE, WATER HOSE, SURGE PROTECTOR, IT EVEN HAS A SET OF SHEETS FOR THE MASTER BED (if wanted - theyre Dream Fit and fit the bed great, loops on top and bottom), EXTRA WATER FILTER, and a few other little extras. You can hook it to a truck and pull out of our driveway and directly go on a road trip. (Clothes and food not included.) This 5th wheel comfortably fits 2 adults and 2-4 kids. The bunkhouse can get a little crowded when you have 6 people in it, because the queen sleeper would be open. But you can still get to the 1/2 bath for late night calls.

Its an affordable small home parked in an RV park long term (great for snowbirds) or an adventures toy.
