We are selling our 2022 Thor Chateau 28Z. It has 17,270 miles on the Ford chassis and is in really good shape. Its been an awesome motorhome for our family of five, but it's time for us to pass it on to the next owners.

Its completely ready to go camping. There is plenty of sleeping space between the private rear bedroom, the dinette that turns into a bed, and the bunk over the cab. We have the recliner theater seating in the living area which is super comfortable. It also comes set up with three smart TVs right from the factoryone mounted above the dinette, one in the master bedroom, and an exterior TV so you can watch outside under the awning. One of our favorite parts is the huge pass-through storage compartment in the back; it easily fits all of our outdoor gear.

Mechanically, its solid. I just installed brand-new, higher-end AGM house batteries from Costco, so the 12-volt system is in fantastic shape and holds a great charge. Ive always stayed on top of the maintenance, doing regular oil changes and general checkups through the dealership. There are no leaks, no issues, and everything works exactly like it should.
