Unit is being sold as is. Water damage in the rear of the unit floor is soft and will need repaired. We are the second owners and have owned it since 2023. It was stationary at campsite during our time.
We added on Winegard 2.0, hardwired 50amp surge protector.
Air conditioner replaced in 2024 and a soft start installed.
