Clean, capable and functional example of the legendary 1685.
I bought this camper from the original owners, a semi-retired couple this Spring of 2026.
My intent was to reside in it on my building parcel and build myself a modest home.
My building plans fell through.
I do not plan to use it for travels, I am a tent and truck camper type.

Super clean inside & out, and all systems and conveniences seem to work as intended.
The original owners used it for annual trips.
It probably never seen winter weather, it is form Southern Utah.
I was told the 100Ah deep-cycle battery and the powered awning fabric has been replaced recently.
The dual propane tank arrangement looks newer, too.
Good tires.

Tows super easy. The empty weight is only 3400 lbs. GWS is at 5400 lbs.
Dual axles plus the independent, torsion suspension (no leaf springs) makes it ride straight and soft.

It features Lance's robust and durable, yet lightweight construction, with welded aluminum frame and Azdel composite panel walls & ceilings. Walkable roof.

The legendary 1685 layout is great.It is no surprise it became the industry staple to follow and copy for other manufacturers.
With the slider extended, there is 50" of elbow space between kitchen cabs and dinette table.
It feels very spacious inside.
The front features an East/West Queen bed arrangement, with an optional fold-down bunk for a small adult or kiddo above it.
Mattress and mattress cover was very clean, but I cleaned and washed them anyway.
The dinette converts to a Queen size sleeping space. Good size windows and ceiling vents/skylight for natural light.
Abundant interior lighting options for the evenings spent inside.

Cabinets, wardrobes and drawers are deep. Solid Maple doors and drawer faces.
Amazing amount of storage space for a camper with a 16.5 feet interior footprint.
Kitchen is fully functional with a 7 cubic-feet fridge, a three-burner stove and a good-size sink with a new faucet.
Microwave looks unused, oven probably seen very little use.

Lots of accessible storage from the outside as well, through 4 different access panels.
Unit shows well on the outside, however, some of the decals are faded.
All windows are factory tinted.

All accessories for utility hook-ups and vehicle leveling will be included; ready to go camping immediately.
