Description

2024 Fleetwood Fortis 36Y Low-Mile Bunkhouse Class A | In-Motion Starlink, Washer/Dryer, Loaded with Extras

Low-mileage 2024 Class A (~19K miles) with in-motion Starlink, an onboard washer/dryer, transferable service coverage through 2031, and a lot of gear included so you can get in and go. Priced at $154,000 well below the comparable 2024 36Y units dealers are listing around $177K. Available July 6th.

Built on the Ford F53 chassis with the 7.3L V8, this is the sought after bunkhouse floorplan 38'11" long, two slide-outs (a full-wall slide plus a queen-bed slide), a bath-and-a-half, and room for eight between the seatbelts and the beds. There's a rear "Kid Kave" bunkhouse suite with its own half bath, swing TV, and balcony loft. It's rated to tow up to 8,000 lb, and it comes with a Blue Ox tow bar for flat-towing a car behind it.

A note on mileage: I'm driving it cross-country from Oregon right now. It started around 15,000 miles, so by the time it's available it'll be ~19K that you see listed. Treat any figure as a ballpark I'll confirm the exact mileage at the time of sale.

Condition is honest: it's a low-mileage coach that's been well cared for, with some normal interior wear and tear you'll notice on a walkthrough. Nothing that affects how it travels it's solid, clean, and ready for the road.

It's quiet and well insulated inside. It holds heat well and keeps road noise out, and we've been sleeping great in it. It's also spent most of its life out West, so you're not dealing with the road-salt corrosion underneath that affects a lot of coaches back east.

Mobile office: between the in-motion Starlink and the seatbelts in the rear Kid Kave, the back suite makes a great rolling office buckle in, get online at highway speed, and work while you drive away from the chaos of TV's and chattering up front!

Roof: when I bought it through Camping World, everything up top was freshly resealed vents, A/C, antennas, and mounts so the roof is buttoned up and protected against leaks. There's also a rooftop solar panel that keeps the house batteries topped off from the sun while you're parked or off-grid.

Climate: two roof A/C units, one for the bedroom and one for the living area, so the whole coach cools evenly.

Kitchen and interior: a residential refrigerator with a freezer that gets cold and holds it, a three-burner gas cooktop with a full oven, a stainless convection microwave, a pantry, and a tankless water heater for hot water on demand as long as you have propane. Plus a washer/dryer combo, leather captain's chairs up front, a touchscreen stereo with CarPlay/Android Auto, a booth/L-shaped dinette, and four LED TVs.

Outdoor living: the 36Y's exterior kitchenette (mini-fridge, pull-out flat-top griddle, spray-down hose), an outdoor grill, and an outdoor TV with speakers plus auto-leveling hydraulic jacks, a power patio awning, slide toppers, an Onan generator, backup camera, and a rear ladder. Tanks are 100-gal fresh, 50 gray, 50 black, and about 80 gal of fuel.

In-motion Starlink: the dish is roof-mounted and set up to work while you're moving, so you get full-speed internet even on the highway. Stream, work, and navigate from anywhere.

Included and ready to go: 50-amp shore cord and a 50-to-30 adapter, a surge protector, a heavy-duty extension cord plus a separate cable/TV cord, a Schumacher smart battery charger, wheel chocks and leveling blocks, water hoses and sewer-hose supports, work gloves, a tire pressure gauge, a multi-tool, a set of Allen wrenches, rope, and black-tank treatment pods. Dishes, cutlery, and kitchen gear can stay too if you want them move in and start cooking!

Transferable coverage through March 15, 2031: three transferable service contracts an Extended Service Plan covering the chassis and coach (60 months / 60,000 miles), an RV Roof Protector plan, and RV Tire and Wheel Protection with roadside assistance. There's also a Good Sam Elite membership. Clean title provided at sale.

The coach is in New Jersey at Blue Streak Transport and can be shown by appointment a friend will meet you there, and the yard will pull it out, hook it up, and put the slides out so you can see it set up. Available July 6th; message me for more photos, questions, or to schedule a look.
