Lightly used (about 2 camping trips per year). New tires and wheel bearings packed last year. Has a slide out to create more interior space. New sealant on roof. Comes with sway bars for smooth towing (value $1,000). Will also throw in an electric dolly for moving it into tight spaces rather than backing it in.
