2006 Fleetwood Jamboree GT31W

Very good condition. There is nothing in this RV that doesn't work.

31-foot Class C motorhome built on a Ford E-450 chassis. Sleeps 8 (Queen bed, large over cab bed, table converts, couch converts).
One long slide out. Both the table and couch are part of the slide out.
We put in a navigation system (see in photos), connects right to your phone.

Large basement storage.
Fresh Water (35 gal), Grey (35 gal), Black (35 gal)
Powerful generator, heat and AC all work great.
Tires only about a year old with very little miles put on them.
Roof and window sealant well maintained.
All upholstery in very good shape.
There is a slider door that separates the bedroom for privacy or good naps :)
The bedroom also has black out curtains so you can keep it nice and dark if you want to sleep in.
Large back window for gorgeous views of the ocean here on the island.
Has hitch, can tow 3500 Lbs.
Bedroom with walk-around queen mattress and wardrobe closets and overhead cabinets.
Bathroom is split-aisle, private side-aisle bath centrally located with a toilet, vanity, and a large stand-up glass shower with a skylight.
Built in roof satellite dish antenna.

Has only 2 minor issues. There is a dent in the rear bumper (I've included in photos) and you will need to replace the passenger cab mirror. Other than that this is a beautiful RV that we have owned for many years. Kids are in their 20's now and we don't need such a large RV. Have had many beautiful vacations in this RV.
