Unit has been stored under roof in Edgewater, FL with an electrical hookup. The AC runs as needed to maintain an 80 degree inside temperature which effectively reduces the moisture inside the coach. NO MOLD!!

This 5th wheel RV is ready to hook up and GO!! Many items will be left by seller in the Bedroom, Kitchen and Living area. All you need to do is pack your personal items and hit the road. (List of items to be left onboard available via email).

The 2018 Ram 3500 SRW tow vehicle, with SuperGlide hitch (new replacement head installed April 2026) is also available.
