We bought the travel trailer to have our own place to stay while we were looking for a new home over the last couple of years.
It has 1-year-old power awning, tires, battery, entry door, Hands-Free screen door bar (operates from the inside only) and also a spring return. LED lighting under the awning roller and in front of the camper.

It easily handled all types of wind and weather conditions from Minnesota to Florida to Arkansas. Myself, I would not pull this trailer without it or something similar.
It includes a shank that fits a 2-1/2" hitch receiver, as well as a 2-5/16" ball hitch for $700.
