Selling our RV, we are the 2nd owners the 1st was a retired teacher. We have owned over a year and put roughly 10,000 miles on it since purchase. We are selling simply because we are buying a new one now that we know we like it. This one has low mileage only 43,000 and has been very well taken care of, I have a folder of all work and service done since it was new, the van has always gotten whatever it needed. All 6 tires are like new, the oil has just been changed and the new owner will just need to pick a desination and hit the road. Please look at the pictures I think they speak for themselves. Everything works on the van, no check engine lights, noises, or smells. Van heat is hot and a/c blows cold. All lights and signals work, and the Clarion stereo works great. The van is easy to drive, the size is perfect for space and has tons of storage cabinets, but still allows parking even in busy cities. The power sofa in the rear makes into a huge bed and we also have the "bunks" that sit over the captains chairs to make enough beds to sleep 4. The RV appliances all work great, the bathroom is super clean and works great, the stove works, the fridge and freezer work, the roof a/c works awesome, it also has propane heat and hot water tank, and those work great too. I also just replaced the house batteries with 2 new interstate batteries. The generator has super low hours the 1st owner didn't use it hardly at all, and has just been serviced and inspected at the Cummins repair center in Omaha. The van has one small dent by the back up camera, you can see it in the pictures. I don't know what happened that was from the previous owner, and there is one scuff on the front bumper also in the pictures. Besides that there may be a small scratch or scuff or wear mark somewhere but nothing of note. Please do remember it is used and so we have to sell it "as is" but it's in great shape.
