I purchased the rv a couple years ago with the intent to customize and modernize it. Purchased for about $12k. Found water damage over the cab and had it completely professionally rebuilt and sealed up for about $7k. Dont expect to get full money from selling it but I just havent had the time to fix it up so Im selling it now.

The sofa has been removed as well as one of the dinette seats and table top. I was going to do a custom layout. I do still have the dinette seats and tabletop but not the sofa.

In the pictures, cabinet doors or drawers might be removed but I have all cabinet doors and hardware Ive got some extra flooring, new lights, tub resurfacer, and other goodies Ive purchased that can go with the sale.

Its got a new toilet installed, new ceiling fan, new car battery. However, the house battery will need to be replaced. The generator has a small leak that would need to be fixed and one small window just got cracked and would need to be fixed. Overall, it is obviously needs fixing up inside.
