Description

A very nice time capsule Four Seasons coach in excellent condition and well maintained. I am moving out of the country, so the coach is being sold totally turn-key with everything included. $15,100 OBO. I purchased the coach in 2015 when I became a full-timer. I have lived in the coach ever since. I had a chance to meet the previous owner and his wife. It should be noted the 2nd owner was a retired engineer and took meticulous care of the coach. The coach is solid as a rock with no water damage, problems or issues.

Inside, includes all furniture, table lamps and assorted decorations (including antique key wind-up clock with swinging pendant in the bedroom), all kitchen appliances, pots/pans/plates, cups, silverware, cleaning products, detergents and garbage bags. Flat-screen TV with cables. Century Link Modem. GE canister vacuum. All Bed Linens, bath towels, bath clothes and hand towels. Very nice bed spread with decorative pillows. Plenty of hangers in the closet. TV with remote in the bedroom
.
Outside, includes Hensley 26K 5th wheel hitch and pucks adapter if needed (both the hitch and adapter have been used once), 3x 40LB propane tanks all certified, 2x full sets of tools in tool boxes, small tool box with tool bag for small jobs, electrical gear bag (included PVC cutter and Coax Kit for cable repairs, fuses, etc.), paint gear bag with caulk/paint brushes/putty knives, caulk gun and paint roller, gear bag for 3/8 Lithium cordless drill with charger, Hitachi Cordless drill with 2x battery packs in carrying vase, Dremel Tool, 2x 100 12/3 gauge extension cords, portable flood light, plastic tarps, electric ½ impact wrench with sockets (makes changing a tire easy), new 12 ton bottle jack, 2x 1.5 ton scissor jacks, air compressor with flex hose, electric leaf blower, 2x folding deck chairs, RV patio mat light blue and white, 3x ladders (small 2-step ladder, 3-step ladder with platform and foldable versa-ladder for taller jobs),4x antique and functional Coleman lanterns in storage cases, 1x fuel lantern with fuel, 5x large storage tubs with extension cords, battery charges, cleaners, 2x pump sprayers and other chemicals and a full assortment of fasteners, drill bits and other hand tools too numerous to mention. Trust me if you need it I probably already have it.

Special Interior Features: Beautiful hardwood flooring in the kitchen/dining room, entry step and landing. Living room, slide floors, bathroom and bedroom are carpeted. All the cabinetry throughout is oak with decorative doors and brass pulls. The kitchen/bathroom counter tops are Formica with an oak trim. The sinks are full-size porcelain with residential grade faucets. 4-burner gas stove top and oven with vent hood. Nor Cold RV refrigerator runs on A/C and propane. Water heater is also A/C and propane. Previous owner replaced the water heater located under the kitchen sink. Electrodes have been replaced on a regular basis when needed. The dining room table and chairs are oak. Furnace is located under the refrigerator with ductwork under the flooring inside the belly pan so all plumbing is warmed in the winter. The curio cabinet that separates dining/living room has a lead glass door on top for display. The living room TV cabinet has a wooden sliding accordion-style door that disappears inside the cabinet when opened. Brass wall sconces on either side of the window behind the couch. The wall mirror at the entry has an oak frame. The previous owner converted the washer/dryer closet in the bathroom to storage with full length oak doors with mirrored fronts. The walk-in shower is spacious with a built-in seat in the corner, skylight with sunshade and a gold framed shower door with patterned glass. The bedroom His/Hers wardrobes are floor-to-ceiling solid oak. In between is a vanity shelf with overhead lighting and a lid with mirror that opens for cosmetics. There is also a stool that slides under the vanity shelf. The double closet stretches across the nose of the coach with two gold-framed sliding glass doors that add a very roomy effect. The closet facing is oak trimmed.

Special Exterior Features: Fully insulated and enclosed metal belly pan with 10" insulation front to rear. Walls, floor and ceiling joists are all stick built. Wall and ceiling insulation is 4. As such, the coach is easily cooled in the summer and warmed in the winter. The roof is EPDM. IT has been maintained its entire life. Gutter channels on each side with gutter spouts at all four corners. The two slides are fully functional and very well built. My RV tech back in Texas who knows about the coach said the slide motors can be repaired and/or replaced if ever needed. All exterior lighting works. Replaced all the exterior moldings and re-caulked all applicable vertical and horizontal surfaces 2 years ago. The rear bumper has removable end caps for added storage. All exterior storage door locks and latches work.

18 exterior door side awning with UV protective wrapping installed back in 2019.  Minimal use.

The only minus are the window awnings.  Torsion mechanism on 3x windows and fabric on all 5x windows needs to be replaced.  Problem is Dometic no longer carries these units.  Willing to make allowance toward new awnings if you buy the coach. Important Point: Toilet use #1 only. Bathhouse for #2. So, no paper flushed into the black tank.

This unit is ready for anything. The coach currently located in very nice 55 and older park in Benson, AZ.  Would make a great snowbird destination or park model for a retiree. OR if you still want to travel no worries it's fully ready to go.  Just move in and live.
