Ownership / Storage History:

Lived in approximately one year total. The RV was kept under cover for the past year. Low mileage- only traveled from dealership in Georgia to Texas, then stayed local.

Condition:

Everything functions as expected except the kitchen sink cabinet area, which is currently disassembled due to a plumbing leak discovered this spring. The affected cabinet was removed for inspection. An RV technician inspected the area and found no water in the underbelly and reported that the floor and wall structure were unaffected.

Needs current cabinet repaired and re-installed, or new manufacturer cabinets (quote available) This allows you to inspect the wall and floor yourself and if you are even moderately handy, get a great deal on a nice unit.
