We are selling our 2022 Dutchmen Astoria 2913FK travel trailer. We purchased this camper new and it has been an occasional weekend / vacation unit for us. It was never a "live-in" camper and has never been smoked in. You will not find a cleaner example! This design has the best floorplan we've seen in any camper; be sure to see the diagram in the gallery. It has two slides and is bright and spacious throughout; it does not feel cramped even after a few days of camping. Also note the use of resilient flooring throughout so there is no carpeting to wear out or show stains.

The kitchen is located at the front with lots of natural light and counter space. Along with all the drawers and cabinets, you will also find a farm style style stainless steel sink, 3-burner stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator / freezer that runs on 12Vdc or 120Vac. The u-shaped dinette offers two different table / seating configurations and can also be converted to a bed. Next to this are dual recliners which are very comfortable. These face the television and electric heater / fireplace which are all mounted on a large hinged panel that swings open to reveal more storage space along with washer / dryer hookups. A nice sized pantry is also present.

Moving rearward is the walk-through bathroom - one of our favorite features of the 2913FK. Unlike the cramped facilities in so many other campers, this one is quite roomy and can easily be used by two people at the same time. There is a nice sized shower along with dual sinks which you don't often see in a camper. This flows into the bedroom which contains a king bed, dual closets, and plenty of drawer space. The mattress platform flips up to reveal a large storage compartment underneath.

A forced air LP furnace is present for heating, though we found the fireplace heater can usually get the job done. There are also dual Dometic rooftop A/C units to keep things cool and an LP / electric water heater. Outside is a power awning, power tongue jack, and power front / rear stabilizers. There are many other features as well; pop-up outlets, motion sensing bathroom lighting, window shades, two exterior storage compartments, an outdoor refrigerator, an outdoor LP griddle, dual gray water tanks, and more. It has a total length of 31 feet, weighs 7,387 pounds, and has a 50-gallon fresh water tank.

As mentioned, this camper is exceptionally clean with just some minor damage on the upper right rear where it scraped a tree leaving a campsite. A new battery was installed this spring along with four new tires so everything is ready to go. Also included are a 50A power cord with 30A and 15A adapters, water hose with regulator and storage bag, and a sewer hose with supports.
