This 5th wheel has FIVE slide outs is in really great condition and has THE most desirable kitchen set up that we've ever seen, it's HUGE with more counter space than I've ever seen in any camper, and even has a center island and a 18" dishwasher and a large pantry with pullouts! Between 2022 when it was brand new and the fall of 2024 it had been used only 3 months due to an illness/death. We purchased it in late 2024 from an estate and have used it for weekend camping trips within a 250 mile radius. We have NEVER lived in the camper, and if you know anything about campers, you'll know that if they've been lived in it is very hard on them. Tires are great. King bed has a new thick memory foam mattress we put in when we bought it. It has the washer and dryer in the closet. 3 air conditioners, all with their own thermostats in the room. The center air conditioner is also a heat pump in the living area. The residential sized gas range is large enough to cook a large turkey. The refrigerator is the gas/electric double door model. The microwave is also residential sized. 2 matching sofas, each pulls out into a queen bed and both can be pulled out and used at the same time - the camper has beds to sleep 6. Two queen sofas, one king in the bedroom. 50 inch flatscreen over the fireplace. Central vac. The bathroom has a double vanity/double sinks. The toilet is porcelain. The shower is amazing, it's huge, has a drop down seat and 3 different shower head options, including handheld - it is definitely NOT your run of the mill tiny bathroom! There are a few scratches on the vinyl flooring in front of the theatre loveseat recliners, and there is one cosmetic only scratch on the side of the camper near the door - we think a branch must have rubbed on it bc we can't figure out where it could've come from. The storage underneath is crazy big, huge compartments in both the front and the back which even has a slide out tray. Fully automatic leveling. The fresh water tank is a whopping 93 gallons, twice what most can hold! Windows everywhere, blackout shades on every window. There are 2 MASSIVE storage compartments, at least twice the underneath storage we've ever seen in any camper. The pull out tray in the back that is the full width of the camper is nothing short of amazing!
Honestly, this is one you just have to see bc it has so many features others don't. No loans or liens, we have the clear title in hand.
