BUNKHOUSE! This 2019 Lance 2185 is Minnesota and North Dakota kept with little UV exposure due to indoor winter storage and summer use in a shaded wooded area. It is low mileage due to consistently being based at a lake near Park Rapids, MN. We used this during the summer on many weekends. It was unused, and winterized, for most of the year. The interior as you would expect is in excellent condition as is the exterior. The only issues we have had was 1) a mouse eating through the insulation underneath. I remedied this with a rodenticide foam spray that sealed the gap - after effective use of mousetrap 2) the shower had a leak but this was repaired at a local dealership.

My family found this to be a camper where everyone could have their own space thanks to the bunkhouse. The Lance quality and aesthetics set these trailers apart from other brands. I found I could tow this with my 100 series land cruiser and I often forgot I was towing it. It's great having a trailer with two axles. We are sorry to see this trailer go but we have moved on to a tiny home. This would be a great trailer for a family with children. Room for grandma too!
