Forest River Georgetown 378, has roof damage, which has caused leaking on the inside. Interior ceiling needs repairs, wallpaper and seats are peeling. This is a great floorplan and doesn't have a lot of miles. It mostly sat, which caused it to deteriorate. The back, double pain window is broken from the outside and awnings possibly damaged from wind. Put new battery on last year but it has been sitting. Engine is fine, everything damaged is cosmetic. Has working, newer fireplace and stereo. We are asking $12,000 or best offer.
