Camper will come with, if you want, the sewer hoses, water hoses (drinking & black), leveling blocks, heavy duty king pin stabilizer, patio rug, 50 amp surge protector, 50' 50 amp power cord, and few other extras.

Everything works as it should.

Kitchen slider motor and gears was replaced over the winter by General RV of N. Canton. Roof was inspected and any issues fixed by General RV at the same time.

RV has just recently been buffed and waxed.

Plastic fender were also replaced due to cracks.

Bathroom fan was upgraded with the Heng's Industries Roof Vent Upgrade Kit 90046-CR.

TVs added to the bunk room and master bedroom.

Couch and dinette is in great condition, no rips or tears.

Has two backup camera's, never bought the monitor for my truck. They were installed by the 1st owner.

Has been winterized every year.

I have never had any leaks or water damage. Camper is in great condition.
