2021 Unity U24FX is ready for a new owner. We call this sweetheart Felix because of the flexibility of its layout. Two lounge areas, a dining area, a Murphy bed that is between a queen and king size, and a just-big-enough gallery to cook full meals. First owner, smoke-free, no accidents.

It was built on the new Mercedes sprinter with all of the driver-assist functions you could want. Two features we have valued are the Equalizer 4-point leveling system and the macerator.

In addition to what's on the spec sheet, we added a rear camera, tire pressure monitor, voltage regulator, 600 watts of solar panels, BRAND NEW tires, ladder, water pump noise suppressor, and two new ceiling fans with remotes. We also had the panel of the Murphy bed adapted to include two windows to improve visibility and air flow on the driver's side of the rig.
We will include an extra exterior water filter, 20 ft. of sanitary hose, a 25' extension cord, and adapters for quick connect to water supply. If you'd like, we'll include everything you need to start camping: a Ruggable runner, towels and sheets, dishes and cutlery.

Felix has been lovingly cared for and was fully inspected in May 2026 by Master Tech RV Repair in Commerce City, CO, and all systems passed with flying colors.

To build a new Unity FX with similar equipment would carry a price tag of $262,000. These RVs can easily rack up 200,000 miles, so buying this with just 33,957 miles on the odometer is a sweet deal. Price: $144,500 obo.

We have a 2020 white Subaru Crosstrek fully equipped to tow with Blue Ox tow bar and braking system. We're selling that separately for $22,500, but we would be happy to consider an offer for both.

We have loved Felix and the LTV lifestyle. The vehicle is comfortable, smartly designed and carefully made by Mennonites in Canada. The online LTV community is incomparable. Any time you have a problem you can just post on the LTV Enthusiasts page and someone will respond with a helpful hint.

So why are we selling? We have seen all we want to see on this continent and have entered a season where we want to put our travel in the hands of tour guides. We hope the perfect person or couple will be as happy with Felix as we have been.
