Like new. Fully loaded. Back-up camera, sway bars, no dents or damage, no water leaks, regularly maintained, good tires, TV, new oven and stove-top (never used), refrigerator and air conditioning (working and very cold), new awning (30 days new), new trailer jack (installed 2nd week in June). If you can't afford new, this is as close to new as you will find.
