My family of three lived in this camper for nearly 5 years while we were building our home in the mountains of Colorado. We towed the camper from Dallas, parked it and lived in it full time. As you can imagine, the camper has extremely low miles from towing, but is high mileage in terms of normal wear and tear from being lived it.

The camper was fully loaded with all the options when new. Dual air conditioners etc. The camper has also had quite a few high dollar upgrades added to make it as safe as possible to tow, and as comfortable as possible to live through long and cold Colorado winters: Hensley Hitch, Automatic Leveling Jacks, top of the line tankless water heater, electric heat option added to propane furnace, automatic push button holding tank valves.

Bottom bunk and outdoor kitchen has been removed to make room for our pets while we were living in the camper. This makes great storage space for bicycles etc while traveling. The space could also be used as a tiny office for the digital nomad type. It's a blank slate and is up to you.

Belly pan has been removed as it created a habitat for critters. A new belly pan can be added for about $300 the last time I checked.

Recliner love seat needs to be replaced.

This is camper is priced to sell. It's a great deal for someone that's willing to put a little work into it.
