Excellent condition!
Need to sell ASAP.
This was my mom and stepdad’s pride and joy. He passed away suddenly last September and Mom followed six months later.
The unit is located at Sugar Bee storage on Dysart.
I live in Seattle. I can talk to Katy  at the front desk if you would like to see the outside. I do not want to fly down to Arizona for tire kickers.
I really just want somebody to enjoy this trailer instead of just sitting in storage rotting away.
I have the title at Mom’s house in Peoria.
