The trailer has two slide outs & sleeps six comfortably. It has four beds; a king size, a double (the dinette converts), & two twins (bunk beds). All have memory gel mattresses. The sofa also folds down & provides an additional small bed if needed. The lower bunk bed folds up & allows storage of bicycles or other hardware. The TV is connected to a Blu-Ray DVD & stereo speakers. There is plenty of storage throughout the trailer & it has a 2-burner fold out stove & water faucet on the outside for additional cooking. With the rear king size bed slide out, the trailer is extended 5 feet & becomes 30 feet overall. There are numerous camping accessories that come with the trailer including water & propane hoses & electrical extensions. I'm also including the hitch, weight distribution bars, & anti-sway control. There's also an electric jack that works great & the tires are high grade Goodyear Endurance. The trailer has an electric controlled awning which needs fabric repair & the storage batteries are due for replacement. My wife & I are seniors & our declining health prevents us from enjoying the camping scene as we once did. We treated the trailer as if it was our little baby & with tender loving care. The trailer has been used only sparingly, 2 or 3 times a year, at local camping venues & during the past 18 months it's been sitting in our driveway. Overall, the trailer is in very good condition, super clean, & is ready to be enjoyed by the next generation of RV'ers.
