A beautiful Basecamp 16, with great views! Upgrades include a deep sink and faucet, Lagun table/workstation, 12 Volt outlet, 24 Smart TV/DVD Combo, New (still in the bag) Visor Awning, Rear and Side Airstream Tents, and Air Tabs to increase stability and fuel efficiency. All recalls for this model have been done by Airstream DFW, tires were new last year, along with AGM batteries replaced in 2023. It has numerous USB outlets for charging devices, and the solar package to keep the batteries fresh, although, we keep it plugged in when home. This model has the Truma Combi Water Heater and Furnace which works well, along with the Coleman Mach Heatpump that keeps things cool in 100 degree Texas heat, and warm when temperatures dip. It has a heat pad on the fresh water tank to keep it from freezing in the winter months, and features dual 20lb. propane tanks for the 2 burner stove, 2 way refrigerator, and Truma system. The Fresh water tank holds 21 gallons, and the Grey/Black Tank holds 24 gallons. We easily tow it with our Ford Ranger as its empty weight is 2800lbs. and GVWR is 3500lbs. Its 16 2 long and 7 wide, and with a fan topper over the Fantastic Fan, its height approaches 9 8.
