This 2016 Forest River Coachman Freelander family RV is a well-kept, 33.5-foot, gas powered RV that is convenient for any group of family/friends. 2 slide outs expand the living area plus an awning extends the entertainment area for outside dining (with an outside TV.) The master bedroom has a privacy door & its own TV with plenty of closet & drawer space. When the door is open, the queen size bed looks at the two bunk beds (each with their own TV/DVD player). There is a large sleeping or storage area over the cab which easily sleeps two adults. The living room has the largest TV, a DVD player, & the rooftop antenna controls. The full-size couch & dinette booth both convert to beds. It should easily sleep 8 adults and even more if they are small kids.

The premium amenities that came with this RV make you feel like you have your home with you. The air keeps the RV cool even in the Florida sun & the heat keeps you warm even in Ohio's winter. There is a bathroom with separate toilet & glass doored shower. The stove/oven & hot water heater run on propane, & refrigerator on either propane or electric. The generator runs on the same gas as the engine & can run the air conditioner & 110 outlets. There is also a 30 amp plug for electric service that also keeps the two 12-volt batteries for the living area charged.

This rig is so easy to drive & set up, it can be done easily by one person. There is a rear facing camera that can always stay on to keep an eye on the back end while traveling. At a campsite, you would just back in, put the slides out, plug it in, hook up the water, cable and sewage hose, leaving the gray water (sink and shower) open & only dumping black water when full. It's that simple and easily done by myself, personally, and I'm a middle-aged woman. :) I've also rented it out on Outdoorsy and RV Share to help with the maintenance costs and upgrades. It's the perfect rental for families, affordable and sleeps lots of kids. Oil changes for both the engine and generator have been done regularly.

We have thoroughly enjoyed traveling in this RV, but I have moved out of the area and do not have the time to use it. That's where the negotiability comes in. I would be willing to reduce the price for having to do as little as possible to prepare the RV. Last time we used it was July 2025 and it's been plugged in since to use as an extra bedroom when my adult children come to visit. Keeping the air and fridge on by keeping it plugged in protects the inside from humidity and heat. Living out of the area, I do not have time to spend on washing and polishing and dusting the RV, therefore I am willing to reduce the price to sell it as is. There was no smoking, however, we do travel with our pets. The RV has been maintained very well so you would never know. The bottom bunk is perfect to cover with a waterproof blanket for the dogs to sleep, or to place pet carriers.
