Description

Used 2015 PALOMINO BACKPACK EDITION SS 1225 for sale

INCLUDES SOLAR PANELS, 2 DEEP CYCLE BATTERIES, 3000w inverter and 400w inverter.  Perfect for any off-grid adventure long term trip or weekend get-away. Batteries in camper charge while truck is running.

--     Versatile has a low profile with roof down, so easier to transport on rough back roads.. Adds comfort and convenience to any adventure -- hunting, fishing, off-roading, snowshoeing, biking, hiking, kayak/SUP, tailgating and camping at car races (dirt Talladega Short Track , paved Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway), etc. It is so nice having the camper at the trailhead after a long hike, bike ride, snowshoe, etc.

--    Raised area windows 3 options:  light beige privacy cover, lightly shaded cover, and screen

--    Sink drains to outside hose placed where gray water allowed, hot water heater, outside shower with removeable hose and faucet (hose and faucet not pictured), Dometic fridge (AC, DC, and propane), 22 gal fresh water tank, 7 gal black water tank, no attached gray water tank/place hose in gray water tank or drain where gray water is allowed and in some cases encouraged, queen bed 60x80 with underbed storage, table (we never used).

-- Updated all lighting to LED with 3 different colors and dimmer. Added LED lights on the back for to make it easier to enter and exit the camper.

--     If you have a short bed truck 66 you leave your tailgate attached and down for the extra length needed.  We have an 8 truck bed.  Since we always had to use our hitch (utility trailer, bike rack) we could not leave our tailgate attached.

--     EZ to load and unload onto truckbed.  Comes with tie-downs (not pictured), cover (camper can be used with cover on / there is a zipper opening at the door area), 2 portable tanks (gray and black), black water dump hose and connectors.

--     We used the camper in all types of weather; snow in UT/WY; heat & humidity in TN/AL; heat in CA/AZ, etc.   The propane heater works great and the heat reaches the bed area make sure and bring an extra propane tank when using in cold weather.

--     No air conditioner installed/ we used an EcoFlow Wave 2 portable air conditioner. No ladder system to enter and exit the camper. We were able to use the attached utility trailer or bike rack. Folks like the metal rack that goes into a hitch for a "back porch".
