We purchased this 2018 Thor Freedom Elite 23H brand new and are the original owners (non-smokers). It has been stored indoors when not traveling and extensively upgraded over the years based on our own cross-country travel experience.

At under 25 feet with no slide-outs, the 23H is compact enough to maneuver, park, and drive easily while still providing a full Class C layout.

• Tires: Original 2018 Hankook Dynapro tires with visible tread remaining. The RV has been stored indoors when not in use, limiting sun exposure. Buyers should evaluate replacement based on age as well as tread depth.

• Owner-Installed Customizations: Numerous electrical, water-heater, appliance, insulation, and storage modifications are owner-installed to maximize travel functionality.

• Cab-Over Area: We previously experienced winter condensation in the cab-over area and resolved it by adding insulation and an integrated dehumidifier system with a continuous exterior drain line. The area is clean and dry, and buyers are welcome to inspect it.

• Cosmetic Condition: Minor cosmetic scratching on the bathroom door-frame trim.

• Travel Stickers: National Park and travel stickers remain on the rear and may be removed by the buyer if desired.
