Original owner and this coach is in great condition. We have a new Renegade on order and it is time to sell our beloved Fleetwood Pace arrow. This is the smallest diesel pusher you can buy on the market. It is only 34 feet long, 11'4" tall, and gets 9-10MPG at 75MPH because the frontal area is so low. It also has a mid entry on an A-Class, which we love! We have been to all the lower 48 with this coach and it has only 48,000 miles on it. It was stored inside, and we added a washer/dryer, apple car play screen with a dashcam and rear cabin view camera, a full gas oven, comfort Aire adjustable firmness queen sized mattress, tire pressure monitoring and 12V power connections in the bedroom. The engine oil and filter were changed every year and the fuel filter and fuel/water separator were changed every two years. It has a 6.7L ISB Cummins engine with the 2100 Allison 6 speed transmission. When we first got the coach we had Freightliner bump the engine output from 300 to 320 HP and it goes down the road great.
