This motor home was being lived in and is suitable for a deer camp or stand alone living situation that does not require a lot of driving. Require and included hook up for external propane. On board tank is too old to be refilled. It has a living room and bed slides. These make for more comfortable living quarters. It has 2 roof mounted air conditioners and operates on a 30 amp electrical system. All heating (water/air)is propane and requires the external tank. Tires are new. Less that 1000 miles and about 4 months. Leveling jacks work. When in the up position, the panel buzzer runs continuously as if the jacks are not down. They go up and down just fine. Brakes are good. Suggested use is for full time living or something similar to deer camp or coastal occasional use. Not really suitable for cross country driving for extended periods.
