Description

Turn-Key & Cross-Country Ready: 1988 Tioga Arrow 23 (Ford E350/460) Meticulously Maintained & PASSED SMOG

If you've been looking for a vintage Class C that isn't a project, this is it. This 1988 Tioga Arrow built on the heavy-duty Ford E350 chassis has 82,000 original miles and has undergone a massive mechanical refresh to ensure long-term reliability. It is 100% dry with no leaks or soft spots, the rarest find for this era. At only 23 ft. long, it is easy to maneuver, fits in standard parking spaces and all RV campsites, and yet is spacious inside.

-- Engine: 7.5L 460 V8 (Fuel Injected) runs strong and clean.
-- Smog Status: PASSED within the last 30 days (Certificate in hand).
-- Systems: ALL appliances work (Onan Generator, A/C, Fridge/Freezer, Water Heater, Furnace).
-- Condition: Dry roof, dry cab-over, dry floors. No "RV smell."

I have invested heavily in the fuel and ignition systems to make this rig highly reliable. New parts include:
-- Fuel System: Fully refreshed. High & Low-pressure fuel pumps, fuel pressure regulator, new fuel injectors, and all-new fuel lines/O-rings.
-- Engine: New oil pump, oil pan gasket, and valve cover gaskets.
-- Ignition & Air: New distributor, spark plugs, wires, MAP sensor, and all-new vacuum lines/fittings.
-- Cooling/Drive: New belts and several new solenoids.
-- Electrical: New coach and chassis batteries; upgraded old thermal breakers to modern fuses.
-- Maintenance: Fresh oil changes on both the main engine and the generator.

TIRE & MILEAGE STATUS:
-- Mileage: 82,000 (Low for this big-block engine).
-- Tires: Rear duallys are 6.5 years old with great tread. The front steer tires are 12 years old and, while they hold air, they should be replaced for safety before a long trip. I have adjusted the price down by $1,500 to account for a full new set of rubber for the next owner.

WHY THIS ONE?
Don't buy a $5,000 "bargain" only to spend $7,000 more at the mechanic. This rig is turn-key and ready for its next adventure. I have all the parts receipts and the Smog certificate.
Price: $12,500 (Firm on value, but ready for a quick sale to a serious buyer).
