For sale is a USED, but well cared for, 2024 Brinkley Z3100. It was purchased from Camper's Inn- Conway, SC. Originally purchased to travel for work, the plan quickly changed due to scheduling. I was covered and dehumidified for the first 1.5 years of its life due to work locations and seasons. It was then towed to a local RV park and set up as my home base while I sold my house and continued traveling for work over the past year. I has only traveled out of my county to the dealer ( apx 100 miles round trip) 1 time for a recall. Never left the county again.

This is an earlier model, before Brinkley had so many models to choose from.

Included are a few upgrades that at notable:
-GenY gooseneck hitch, not even broken in yet.
-Splendide washer and dryer installed at the time of purchase by the dealer.
-BluTech Stainless steel 3 stage water filtration system with water softener.
-Micro-Air wifi enabled smart thermostat.
-Dometic 310 toilet for a more residential feel and flush.
-Maxxair vent covers.
-Onnais Guard Pro door lock.
-Bedroom A/C air deflector and temperature probe relocation.
-Snap Pads for landing gear.
-ActiveStart for pedestal power connection. Provides whole camper "soft start" and surge protection.
-The original theater seat was replaced with a single full-sized powered recliner for my comfort. I do not have the original theater seat, I donated it to a local camper.

-Lightly used BlackStone griddle, quick connect hose and folding style camp table.

Only 2 issues I have found the entire time I have had the Brinkley:
-Moisture has made its way in the tail lights. A known issue with these tail lights early on. This has caused 1 of the strips (upper) on the driver side to only illuminate about half way last time I checked it. Still plenty of light for safety.
-On occasion the Splendide washer gives an error code at/towards the end of the cycle. It has not caused any issues for me. Drum is empty of water. I just reset breaker if it happens and continue washing. To be honest, the occasional breaker reset is much easier than pulling the machines out to trouble shoot.

Used condition so there are a few small cosmetic scuffs that should be expected on a used 5th wheel.
