2021 Grand Design 312 BHTS. We are the second owners of this great travel trailer. The layout provides a master bedroom with washer/dryer hookups, full bath, kitchen with residential refrigerator, 3 burner stove, and microwave. There is a television in the kitchen/living room and a connection in the master bedroom. There are two heated/massaging recliners facing the television and fireplace in the living area. The bunk room provides two beds and a couch that folds out into another bed. We purchased it in the fall of 2024 from the original owners. Since then we have installed a new battery and replaced all four tires and the spare with Cooper 14 ply tires. We have also added an electronic combination lock to the door, a LevelMate Max leveling system, and a Furrion Vision S 3-camera system. Included with the sale are a second spare wheel/tire and Equal-i-zer hitch system. We are selling due to purchasing a fifth-wheel camper. We can assist with inspection and delivery within a reasonable distance.
